Welcome to Ocean Breeze ATV Rentals. By booking a rental, using our services, or interacting with our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Agreement
By making a reservation or participating in any rental activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including all safety requirements, rules, and liability obligations.
2. Eligibility Requirements
ATV Rentals
- Riders must be 12 years or older
- No driver’s license required
- All riders must complete a safety briefing and obtain an ATV safety permit (provided on-site)
UTV Rentals
- Drivers must be:
- 25 years or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Passengers must be 5 years or older
Minors
- Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
3. Rental Rules & Responsibilities
General Rules
- Minimum rental duration is 2 hours
- All participants must follow safety instructions at all times
- All riders and drivers must sign a waiver before operating any vehicle
ATV Rules
- One rider per ATV only
- No passengers allowed
- No switching riders during the rental period
UTV Rules
- Multiple passengers allowed depending on vehicle capacity
- Driver switching is permitted ONLY if:
- Each driver is 25 years or older
- Each driver has a valid driver’s license
- Each driver signs a waiver prior to operating the vehicle
4. Safety Requirements
- All safety equipment provided must be worn and used properly
- Customers must operate vehicles responsibly and within designated areas
- If any issue occurs during the rental:
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in termination of the rental without refund.
5. Deposits & Fees
Security Deposits
- $2,000 deposit required for UTV rentals
- $500 deposit required for groups with more than 3 riders
Additional Fees
- ATV rollover fee: $300
- UTV rollover fee: $600
- Rescue/tow fee: $300
A “rollover” includes any instance where the vehicle tips over.
Customers are financially responsible for any damage, misuse, or negligence during the rental period.
6. Damage & Liability
- Renters assume full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period
- Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions will be charged accordingly
- Continuing to operate a vehicle after noticing a problem may result in additional damage and increased liability
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on booking method
- Refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to timing and circumstances
- No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeited reservations without refund
8. Booking & Payment
- Reservations can be made online through the Book Now system
- Real-time availability and pricing are provided during booking
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of reservation
9. Assumption of Risk
ATV and UTV riding is an inherently risky activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks, including but not limited to:
- Injury
- Property damage
- Accidents caused by terrain, weather, or operator error
You agree to participate at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ocean Breeze ATV Rentals, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the rental equipment.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
